iCRE PRO WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE

1. About This Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how I-CRE Holdings, Inc., a Florida corporation ("iCRE," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit the iCRE Pro website at icrepro.com and any related content and application functionality (the "Site"). This Notice is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Application Information. If you submit an application to the iCRE Pro certification program, we collect the information you enter on the application form, which includes: name, email address, optional telephone number, years of commercial real estate experience, area(s) of professional focus, REIT and family office experience, professional designations, and any free-text response you provide.

(b) Correspondence. If you contact us through the Site or in response to a follow-up communication, we collect the information you provide.

(c) Technical Information. Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We do not require or provide user accounts, logins, or passwords, and we do not collect account credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We do not currently use application information for direct marketing, third-party enrichment, model training, or AI processing. If any of those uses is added in the future, we will update this Notice before implementation.

4. How We Share Information

(a) Service Providers. Vendors that host the Site, receive and store application submissions, and provide analytics or security services. Service providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

(b) iCRE Personnel and Affiliates. iCRE recruiting and administrative personnel only, on a need-to-know basis for iCRE Pro program administration.

(c) Legal and Safety. To comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights, and address fraud or security concerns.

(d) Business Transfers. In connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality.

(e) With Your Consent. In any other case with your consent.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

iCRE and its service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure usage, and, where applicable and with any required consent, support marketing. Details and controls are available in the Cookie / Tracking Notice linked in the footer of the Site.

6. Communications

If you submit an application, you may receive an automated acknowledgment and follow-up communications about your application. These are transactional communications and do not require separate consent. iCRE does not currently operate a newsletter, promotional email drip, or SMS marketing program from Site submissions. If any of those is added in the future, iCRE will implement the applicable consent, unsubscribe, and STOP-keyword mechanisms before launch.

7. Retention

We retain application information for as long as necessary to evaluate the application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Baseline retention for applicant/contact records is [PERIOD — TO BE FINALIZED]. Copies retained by service providers in ordinary backups are subject to those providers' retention practices.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information; to receive a copy of your information in a portable format; and to withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact iCRE at the address in Section 13. iCRE will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. California Residents

If iCRE is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), California residents have specific rights described below. [Applicability of the CCPA thresholds for the iCRE Pro Site will be confirmed and this section finalized prior to launch.]

iCRE honors the Global Privacy Control signal from browsers configured to send it.

10. Security

iCRE uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and iCRE cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by the Site.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. iCRE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Notice

iCRE may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by prominent notice on the Site. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective Date.
